The celebrity I would like to take home would be Adam Sandler… its like we would have the same humour at the table with a few drinks in our system in our humid hot weather…

“It’s too damn hot for a penguin to be just walkin’ around! I’m gonna take you to the zoo, where they treat you nice and respectable-like.

Hmmm… This might require a round of Eeny Meeny Mjny Mo (catch a kidlet by the toe version).
I really admire celebrities who give back. Some do so with varying levels of privacy and publicity with money, time or sponsorship.
I’m quite liking those who use their biggest asset… Media popularity aka harnessing the paparazzi frenzy and forcing them to provide a platform for social conscience. Whether you agree or disagree, it’s a good thing to trigger thinking and to jolt apathy.
So… I like the Russell Brand is challenging world domination policies, advocating basic personal rights and spruiking real humanity. I like that Jamie Oliver is challenging fast food giants and revealing shockingly unhealthy and addictive meals, promotions and practices as well as convincing us to think and investigate what we fuel our bodies with.
There are of course many others.
So…. Eeny Meeny Miny mo, catch a celebrity by the toe. Do I choose sparkling wit and debate. Do I choose a true foodie experience. Both would fit in with our zany homegrown humour and antics.
    Here it is.
As I’m really happy with our Christmas feast of traditional family secret concoctions…
    Drum roll…
Come on in Russell… This should stir up spirited conversations, debates and thumb wrestles of truth and conviction (um… And try not to shock the young uns, Russell).

I would invite Jim Carey. The guy makes me laugh in nearly all of his movies. Even in interviews he’s a crack up! Would be the best, most animated Christmas ever haha!

Would definitely have to bring someone in to entertain my family and I all day, so I would choose Zach Galifianakis (Alan from The Hangover movies). He is one hilarious guy!!!

BEYONCE!! to find out how she does it, runs her own empire, has a marriage, a child, such a big friends and family person and to learn those booty shaking moves all without letting the media see her stumble. She has to have super powers šŸ˜‰

Ellen DeGeneres was already taken- how amazing would she be to dine with?!?!? So I’m going with the beautiful and often controversial but always interesting Angelina Jolie. From her intriguing past to her current humanitarian work and everything in between, she would be amazing to meet and chat with over Christmas lunch. And if she brought Brad along that would just be an added bonus šŸ˜‰

  7. Nicole C says:

Channing Tatum, OMG serious eye candy to go with the Christmas candy lol
Plus he might like to show us some magic mike moves after lunch lol
