Mrs Tink Reviews MG Naturals

I’m a girly girl I love my make up and I love trying new things, the older I get the more I rely on my make up especially a good foundation one that covers up all the tiredness and stress but still looks natural. When I started speaking with the lovely Kailah from MG Minerals I was super keen to try all their beautiful products because unlike half of my make up bag all their products are organic. I try to eat organic and use organic products on Miss 7 months and Master 5 so why not use it on my own skin ?
I was excited to try, to see how it would compare to my current foundation.

On day 1 of the trial I laid all my new products out from MG Minerals and I was nervous because usually I use more than 3 products…I wait with baited breath that this would be enough to cover last nights constant wakings with Miss 7 months…… After 2 minutes of application my skin is glowing! Bingo Mumma Bear is happy and feeling awake and ready to take on the day.

For the next 2 weeks I continued to use my 3 products from MG Minerals and things were going so well that I hadn’t touched anything else in my make up bag, I’m officially hooked on the coverage and the minimal time it takes to apply.

So to show you at home I decided I would show you a before and after photo ( see above ^^) so you could appreciate the coverage that MG Minerals give you, now I’m no make up artist so I need my morning ritual to be quick and easy and these products were so simple.

In the photo above I used the Airbrush BB cream as my base and then used a small amount of the Airbrush Miracle Foundation and then a little bit of Rose Blush and a dash of my own mascara. The whole look took all of 2 minutes and Mr Tink commented the second he saw me come downstairs – WIN!

Not only are the products organic they are not filled with any nasties such as titanium dioxide and everything is natural – another WIN!

So to sum it up easily for you at home I’ve broken it done in 3 categories ; quality, look and price

Quality: I rated 5/5 Tinkles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I think my before and after speak for them self, great coverage and also very natural finish. I loved from start to finish. Plus very long wearing

Look: I rated 3/5Tinkles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Simple packaging but fabulous size to take in my handbag.

Price: : I rated 5/5 Tinkles ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cheaper than department store brands and far superior in finish RRP $18.95 for mineral powder, $21.95 for the beauty balm and the rose blush $14.95

This mumma needs something to cover my tired looking, red, blotchy, at times horrible break out prone skin! It makes me look angry at the world, but with a little hope and some new foundation, I might look like I actually love life! Yay!

Like you Mrs Tink im looking for something refreshing for my old skin. I always look tired and have tried so many foundations only to look like a tired ghost.
I would love something that makes me feel good again. 😕

I’ve always been a liquid girl ( not talking about the Vodka type liquid, although I do love a shot or three!) – would love to see if the coverage is as good and is easy to apply. Not keen on that ‘caked on’ look a lot of the young girls have, so would be interested to see if this works for a more natural look. You look fab Nat, very NATural with it on, so that’s good to know 🙂

I would love love love, the opportunity to have something like this, that turned me from mummy to that person I know is hiding in there somewhere 🙂
I miss me, and I’ve always loved to try mineral makeup .. Please pick me 🙂

I would love to try it as makeup is not my skill so anything for results as amazing as yours that aren’t too hard would be spectacular.

Nothing beats mineral make up! I have lived in the stuff since I have discovered it. And you can get organic ones??!! Why was I not aware of this sooner?! I will be trying this!!

I’ve always hated makeup that leaves lines, shows your dry flaky spots that your trying to hide or is 3 shades darker or lighter than your natural colour. I’d love to try mineral makeup that takes little time to apply or gives a natural glow. A bit of mascara, lippy and mineral foundation sounds like a daily pick me up. Beauty comes from within but sometimes it needs to be accessorised.

    Oh Nat,

You always look effortlessly beautiful. This makeup looks flawless!
It’s really great to see that organic doesn’t need to cost a small fortune. I think it should be affordable for all.I’ve always loved mineral products, but have recently switched to ‘others’ as I get older and need more cover!
Would love to try this and find a keeper 🙂

Living in tropical North Queensland (Townsville) I have struggled to find a reliable make-up that can deal with the heat up here! There is nothing worse than sweating off the make-up you have just applied and as you can imagine, the more you cake on the worse the outcome! I have just recently cleared up my skin (with the help of Seacret Skincare) and would LOVE a fool-proof morning routine that I can do in minutes to allow me to look my best while getting my 2 young kids out the door to multiple drop-offs before work.

Yep, I’m fully going for the sympathy vote here! I took my hubby away for his 46th bday this weekend, amongst the rainy down time we were both researching business stuff on the net. I came across a photo of a woman whom I thought looked like me…. So I casually say “hay babe do you think she looks like me?, just a bit if you kinda look quickly?”……. “No not really” he says, “I mean, she looks like she’s in her 20’s, you are 41!”
Awesome reality check right there!! I would love to win the makeup to put me safely back into my Lala Land! 🙂 xo
