Mrs Tink x
With winter upon us it’s all about rugging up – especially this winter which is colder than usual on the Sunshine Coast. Recently, I’ve developed a bit of a crush on a beautiful website called Avila. The online shop offers stunning, easy to wear garments which suit all ages. I was lucky enough to get my hands on their woollen headbands which are not only very cute but also keep your head nice and toasty during the cooler weather.

Mine has been a godsend for early morning adventures and late nights outside. The wool is beautiful and soft so you just don’t want to take it off! Many a night I’ve slept in mine because it’s just so cosy.
Another favourite of mine are their ankle socks which are also extremely comfy and perfect to wear on tiles during winter. Their clever design includes non-slip soles – which I really appreciate as an accident prone person! The socks are great for walking, running, training or just wearing with your favourite pair of boots.

This week the Avila ActiveWear Team have given one lucky reader the opportunity to win 3 pairs of  Non slip yoga & pilates socks valued at RRP $15 each. Cotton socks with Grip swirl pattern on bottom. Come in lime, purple and blue.

And also one of their Hand knitted headbands RRP $30 – Knitted by hand using 100% pure wool sourced in Victoria.
To enter simply share with us why you would like to win this beautiful prize pack from Avila.

Our judges will choose their favourite answer and announce a winner on the 14th of July at 7.30pm

Good Luck x

OMG, I love these. Thanks for sharing with us. It is freezing this winter in Melbourne and I’ve taken to wearing leg warmers to yoga to keep me warm. I’ve not experienced cold mornings such as these past few months where I’ve had to layer upon layer with my face/head the only part of my body showing. The woollen headband would be perfect. These suit my lifestyle and my fave new interests of yoga and walking and would definitely help to keep me motivated during Melbourne’s coldest winter months. I would treasure these.

I am a real sock girl and these would be perfect to add to my sock draw, every sock has a different purpose whether it is work socks or play socks these would have to be for not sliding around on wooden polished floor socks

I live in the tropics. Too hot for shoes but bare feet inside just makes them ache. I also have kids that need chasing!! My old socks from 10yrs ago are worn out. I would adore new socks.

This headband looks perfect for my walk early morn,
To keep my ears toasty warm,
And still looks stylish and cool,
When it’s time to drop the children to school,
My walk sets me up ready for the day,
Whether I want to work, rest or play,
The socks would be handy for any of these,
Yoga, Pilates or whatever I please!

Avila activewear for on the run, perfect for this busy Mum. Such a gorgeous hand knitted headband to keep me warm, especially in the Winter storms. Love the non slip grip on the socks, no more slipping when I attempt to do yoga, as seriously I don’t rock!

Its hard to find things to get excited about in winter but if we dig deep we can always see a positive. Rain is good for the ducks. Cold weather is a chance to show off these awesome socks and headband and look fashionably fre

During winter, its easy to feel a little run down, a little blue, a little shabby. The colourful socks would be a funky splash to any day. The headband is a fresh and warm way to warm a wintery face 🙂

Both of these are just what is needed to get through the long, cold days in style 🙂
