What girl doesn’t love a beautiful bunch of flowers?

I know I do. The excitement of seeing the delivery man holding a bunch and the anticipation of waiting to know who they are from and then the smile they give you over the week of waking up and seeing them in bloom – there is nothing like it.

A few years ago I discovered Suncoast Flowers in Birtinya, a florist who stocks the most gorgeous, fresh flowers – straight from the grower.

Usually flowers last a few days at best and then sadly they end up in the bin but one of the big advantages about buying from a florist like Suncoast Flowers is that they last for longer. Recently they sent me a beautiful bouquet of lilies that lasted over 9 days! Not only is their quality exceptional the scent of their flowers compares to nothing else I’ve ever received before. They’ve been picked straight from the garden.

Suncoast Flowers are also extremely affordable and sell their flowers at wholesale prices making them a great option for weddings and special events. I use them annually for Christmas. They have a feature spot on my special Christmas table and they never fail to make me smile during the chaos of Christmas prep.

Would you like to add some beautiful flowers from Suncoast Flowers to your home or would you like to surprise that special someone with a bouquet ? The lovely team at Suncoast Flowers is giving the opportunity to win an arrangement to the value of $100. For a chance to win simply answer this easy question: What is your favourite flower ? Our judges will choose their favorite answer and announce a winner on Tuesday the 4th of August at 7.30pm Good luck x

There’s nothing more lovely than the sight and smell of fresh flowers. A bouquet of beautiful blooms can lift your mood, transform a room, and bring joy to all who see it. That’s why we at Suncoast Flowers love what we do. Established in 2000, we’re a locally owned and operated family business, and we specialise in supplying festive floral arrangements for any occasion.

Frangipani flowers are a true delight to me as they are the one flower that I can grow so very easily and they come in so many different colours with the most heavenly scent. My Darling Gran lived to be 100yrs old. She was totally deaf and blind so I requested she be sent $100 worth of fragrant flowers. I said it didnt matter what they looked like as she couldnt see them anyway but they must smell amazing. The included frangipani flowers. Gran passed 2 days later and her room was filled with fragrant delight.

I love flowers as I come from a family of gardners. My favourites are: Sunflowers as my cousins grew these on the farm, Roses remind me of my grandparents as both had massive rose gardens and lily’s remind me of my mum’s garden.

My Mum always loved growing Camellias in her garden and bringing them into the house. My fourth child was born after my Mum passed away, so I named my daughter Camille after the flower 💕

Lavender. They have a beautiful look to them and a wonderful smell. We have alot of it in our back yard. When the flower is in bloom, it’s truly lovely just to sit in the swing at sunset and breathe.
