Father’s Day is fast approaching and I thought it was only appropriate that I make sure the Dads were included. Father’s Day means so many things to so many different people especially in the world we live in today where family dynamics are not always Mum, Dad and 3 kids. To me Father’s Day like Mother’s Day is about celebrating those in your life that make it better just by being in it. It’s about celebrating someone who touches your life and that you can rely on through the good and the bad. So, although my questions are Father’s Day related please feel free to enter them all and celebrate someone who enriches your world on Father’s Day.

I love cozy evenings at my boyfriends parents house on the Sunshine Coast since they are my family here (mine are in the states). This of course includes our fur baby FiFi, our 9 year old chihuahua.

Our favourite family activity is going to the local pool where there is a waterslide , it’s great family fun and there are undercover areas so we don’t have to worry so much about sunburn . Summertime is great family time

Head down to Ocean Grove or Torquay for a day at the beach. I get to relax with a good book while hubby and son have a great day in the waves, kicking a footy on the sand, or starting a game of cricket. Sun, surf, sand, sport. Something for all of us.

The best thing in summer is a water fight! We load up buckets, watering cans and balloons (no guns allowed) and ambush each other on a stinking hot day. Great fun!
