Mrs Tink’s BIGGER than Big 5 Weeks of Christmas Giveaways! Week Three – Australian Ritual

IMG_1138-1

I’m a girl who loves a good hair treatment. I take great pride in once a week giving my hair the red carpet service and doing a hair treatment so when my friends at Australian Ritual introduced me to their Strength Scalp Treatment I was eager to try it.
Unlike many other treatments this is a luxurious serum that you use overnight in your hair and wash out in the morning. Simply use a few drops and run it through the lengths of your hair then use the luxe soft hair wrap, snuggle in for the night, and let this clever product treat your hair and scalp to the ‘Royal Treatment’. This product works while you sleep and delivers so many benefits such as:
– Strengthens to aid hair breakage

– Repairs long term damage

– Smooths frizz

– Gives instant shine

– Softens strand by strand

– Restores moisture to a dry scalp

– Penetrates & remains deep in the hair shaft

– Enhances colour

– Improves hair health & vitality from root to tip

– Faster Blow dry

– Plus it has no SLS & SLES, Silicone & Parabens

After a night of slumber I rinsed and conditioned, then roughly dried my hair and it felt like a million dollars. Throughout the day I could see my hair shine and it made my colour look rich and vibrant.

I love Drew Barrymore and liv Tyler, they just seem like very family oriented mums, and keep their kids out of the spotlight for the most part, but they also manage to look effortlessly elegant, without being over the top. they seem relatable, very on par with the rest of us. I think what really makes them amazing is their attitude towards body image in Hollywood. They had their bubs and managed their weight like normal mums, putting family first, and not conforming to Hollywood standards.

I think Drew Barrymore, she has been in the limelight as a child and seems to keep her kids out of that light, she seems to be a really stable mum, who adores her kids.

Mrs Tink you should have asked us to pick a famous Aussie Mum, we would have all picked you. If I have to choose a famous Hollywood mum I have always had a spot for Katie Holmes . She has kept her daughter out of the limelight and has tried to give her a normal life

For me, since becoming a mum myself, I’ve completely lost touch of what’s happening in Hollywood but for me, an amazing mum is someone who puts their children first, in their way. Whether they are a working mum or a stay at home mum, it’s someone who does everything they can to ‘be there’ for their child. Being present and trying their best. We all have bad days, we all have supermum days but what a great mum does, is tries her best and tries to understand each of her individual children in the best way she can to make them feel special.

Anfeline Jolie seems like an obvious choice and that’s becsuse she is. As far as Shiloh is concerned psycholigists have universally agreed that allowing her daughter to explore her identity freely and nit conform is the biggest gift she could give to her child. She also takes time to individually hang out one on one with each of her children allowing them to sustain a bond without competing. That she reaffirms their cultural roots and educates them on their heritage is to me slso an impressive, yet more importantly ethically appropriate approach to celebrating diversity.
