Mrs Tink Finds Her Mojo again with GO2 Oxygen

This year has been packed full of crazy deadlines and work and it’s only March! I’ve been working many nights until 11pm only to wake up again at 6am which when combined with running my office and doing my wife/mummy duties, leaves me little energy to train. I’ve always been a motivated energiser bunny but recently I’ve been strung out and my training was starting to take a back seat. Mr Tink, to his credit, saw all the warning signs (more chocolate, increased champagne consumption, less running) and suggested I find my training mojo again because that’s what keeps me balanced and happy. The only problem is that it’s very hard to get back into exercising once you’ve taken a break.
Being out of breath and feeling unfit is a sure-fire way for you to lose motivation and quickly throw in the towel. After hitting week 3 of ‘lazy gate’ I decided to take action, my post-baby muffin top was making more guest appearances than I wanted and my clothes were feeling tighter. After realising I was quickly starting to look like a champagne bottle, I knew I needed a boost. A year ago I did a review on a company called GO2 Oxygen who have created an amazing oxygen liquid that creates higher energy levels and wellbeing just by taking a few capfuls each day. If I was going to find my mojo again I knew I would have to call in the big guns, and GO2 Oxygen was certainly up for the challenge. Considering that some of the world’s best athletes use it (Denae Brown ‘Worlds Fittest Mum’ and Chris Hogan World Cross Fit Champion just to name a few!)  I knew it was worth a shot – pardon the pun.

Day 1 I decided to hit the treadmill again and get back into my running. Half an hour before I jumped onto my trusty steed, the treddy, I added 2 capfuls to a cup of water and drank every last drop. The oxygen does have a chlorine-ish taste but in my experience usually something that tastes like candy rarely does anything for you – so I happily drank away and got ready for a 5km run. For the first 10 minutes I felt my muscles creaking and my brain telling me I was tired but by the time I broke a sweat and hit the 15 minute mark, my breathing had improved and I felt clear, focused and ready to push through. Once I hit the 5km mark I slowed things down and pressed Cool Down mode, I was pleased with myself that I’d stuck it out and questioned if it was possible that the oxygen could work that quickly or if it was just beginners luck?

For the next 4 days I did the same routine and each day I could feel my pace becoming faster and my breathing getting better. By day 5 I was feeling motivated and even ran an extra 5 minutes – the oxygen was actually working and my body was loving what I was putting into it!

After a full week back at training I can feel my mojo slowly coming back and my body is responding well. The GO2 Oxygen is never far from my side now and I’ve increased my dosage. Who would think that one little bottle could make such a difference, not only physically but also mentally – truly incredible stuff.

I’m desperately searching for my mojo… I lost it somewhere between my size 12 pants and my maternity pants.. Having a baby is the best experience a woman can have, but boy, you sure do forget who you are, ive been the mama pyjama for over 2 years now, and im struggling to lose weight, the only energy i have is to get housework done and making sure i do an inside and an outside activity with mr 2. Id really love to find my mojo to push through a bit more for myself. X

This product sounds amazing Mrs Tink! I would definitely love to find my Mojo again. The past few years I have definitely let myself go 😔 no exercise, over eating and too much junk food. But this year I have become a new me. I try to exercise daily and watch what I eat. Although after a 15 minute workout I am so tired and over exhausted. I would love to try this and see if it gives me that extra little push that I need to push myself harder. ☺️💪

Like you Mrs Tink 2016 has started off so busy, that the first thing I tend to drop off is my morning exercise. It is so easy to put it off and say I’ll just do it tomorrow. Whilst I have started back, I’m not in full swing. I’m noticing the huff and puff on my return walk, and the sucking in of deep breaths. How can I be so unfit when I’m doing something, I wonder? Yoga has started off tougher too. The heat doesn’t help. So anything that can give me my spark back and keep me motivated to keep going, is a winner for me.

I need to find my mojo again! With a wedding to plan in 5 months, another wedding to be a part of (also in 5 months), hens nights and bridal showers to plan, 30th birthday party’s and all whilst trying to exercise and keep fit to make sure I fit in that expensive gown!!

I would love to win this prize as I have certainly lost my mojo. I left school 4 years ago and use to play sport all the time. But now, not so much. I just need something to push me in the right direction and I think this would be a great option. Thanks for sharing Mrs Tink.
